TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full payment is required with your registration. CODA Midwest hopes everyone who registers for the CODA Squatch Fall Retreat will be able to attend; however CODA Midwest knows extenuating circumstances do occur. All cancellations must be in writing. The CODA Midwest Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

•Retreat registration cancelled, in writing, on or before May 30, 2023 is refundable but subject to a $25 administrative fee.

•Retreat registration cancelling between June 1 - July 30, 75% refund plus $25 administrative fee.

•Retreat registration cancelling between August 1 - September 30, 50% refund plus $25 administrative fee.

•Retreat registration cancelling between October 1 - October 26, no refund.

•Retreat registration is non-transferrable.

•CODA Midwest does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

•I agree to adhere to the CODA Midwest Event Code of Conduct.
