Shelter Paws

Shelter Paws is our doggy field trip program that allows you to take a dog out of the shelter for 3-4 hours of fun! Activities can include a walk in the park, lunch at a pet-friendly restaurant, or relaxing at your home. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driving license, and use a safe, personal vehicle. Based on our normal population of dogs, the dogs are typically 35 pounds or larger, so please make sure everyone in your party is comfortable with big dogs. Dogs may not meet other pets or visit off-leash areas during this trip. Please note, Shelter Paws is not eligible for community service hours.
