Under our fears and resistance, our patterns and habits lies a fount of gifts longing to emerge and be of service to this world: our essence, our inspiration, our particular brand of imagination and vision, empathy and compassion.
The good news: they're always there, ready and willing
The even better news: 5Rhythms is a great way to tap into these gifts as well as move through the tough bits that can get in the way.
We'll trust the 5Rhythms map to move us through the changes and into a fuller sense of connection and purpose.
No previous experience needed for this journey: simply bring yourself and a desire to investigate what can happen when you don't know what comes next.

Sous nos peurs et notre résistance, nos habitudes et façons d'être, il y a un amalgame de dons qui ne demandent qu'à émerger pour être de service en ce monde: notre essence, notre inspiration, notre imagination et vision des choses, notre empathie et notre compassion.

Meilleure nouvelle: la pratique 5Rythmes est tout indiquée pour révéler ces atouts tout en aidant à traverser les bouts un plus plus ardus.
