Floral Operations Manager - Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floral Operations Manager that is motivated to oversee the operations of multiple floral locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, staffing, inventory management and customer service.
This position is based out of our Dayton, OH location.

- Manage and supervise all aspects of floral operations at multiple locations, ensuring that each store is profitable, well-staffed and operating efficiently.
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to ensure optimal product selection and availability.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff across all locations, ensuring that all team members are knowledgeable, professional and motivated.
- Implement customer service programs to ensure that each customer receives exceptional service and support.
- Manage budgets, expenses and financial reports for each location.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departmental managers to develop and implement strategic plans for the company.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record of success in managing multiple locations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a motivated team.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Strong marketing and sales skills, including experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge of the floral industry trends.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
The Floral Operations Manager with multiple locations will work in the operations of the business as well as spending time in each of the floral locations. The job will require some evening and weekend work as well as travel.
The salary for this position will commensurate with experience and qualifications.
