• 2023 Summer Camp Group Hold Registration

  • You must have a minimum of 20 students attending per camp to register for a Group Hold.

     

    Please note that a Group Hold is used for:

    1. Groups that wish to add an additional fee to the cost of registration (for transportation or other costs) to every registrant.

    2. The group would like to scholarship an equal amount for every individual in the group hold.

    3. You are financially committing to pay for a minimum of 20 camper spots (PER CAMP).

    If you are not committing to one of the 3 options above, your group is not eligible for a group hold.

    All unused group hold spaces will expire exactly 1 month prior to the Monday of your group's week of camp. If your group wishes to keep the number requested for the Group Hold past the date of expiration, you will be required to commit financially to the number requested if the spots reserved are unused at the time of check-in on the Monday of camp.

  • This form is to be completed by the Group Leader only and is for the purpose of receiving the Group Hold Code used by every individual in a group to register for Spencer Lake Summer Camp. 

    Please ensure that all information is accurate when filling out this form. 

    You may adjust your numbers up and down as needed, as long as they stay above the minimum required 20 participants, but please note that any unused spots will be released from the Group Hold 1 month prior to the start of your group's week of camp. 

    It is extremely important that you fill this form out as accurate to your number attending as possible. A Group Hold will reserve the requested number of spots for your group depending upon availability at location. Please update us right away if you anticipate your number of attendees to exceed the registered amount as this may trigger a waitlist. 

    Camper Registration Early Bird Rate: $245 

    Leader Registration Rate: $50 for a 1:10 ratio per sex.

    Early Bird Rate is available until 1 month prior to the week of camp.

     
    If you plan to use a group hold for more than one week of camp, please submit one registration form/week of camp.

  • After submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation. 

    An additional email will be sent that will include your registration Group Hold Code to be used with each registration if you qualify.

    If you would like to scholarship specific students or leaders- not the entire group- please email a list of names and the amount per person that you would like to scholarship absolutely no later than the early bird deadline for your week of camp. 

     

    All scholarship amounts are transferred to an invoice that your church is responsible to pay one week prior to the Monday of your week of camp.

    All additional fees that you choose to apply to registrations will be refunded after the camp season.
