TITLE OF POSITION: Maintentance Specialist
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: VP of Industrial Services

FUNCTION: Responsible for general maintanence of all Goodwill owned faccilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Communicates problems/concerns regarding facilities and/or machinery to VP of Industrial Services.
2.Serves as company trainer on proper and safe operation of large trucks and tow motors.
3. Diagnose, repair and/or suggest appropriate courses of action for maintenance issues at all Goodwill facilities.
4. Communicates with vendors and coordinators repairs/maintenance for Goodwill facilities.
5. Routinely drives trucks and tow motors/forklifts.
6. Responsible for proper handling and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
7. Working knowledge of all standard hand and power tools.
8. Working knowledge of all OSHA Procedures, i.e. Lock Out Tag Out.
9. Ability to diagnose and/or repair Goodwill vehicles, i.e. box trucks, maintenance truck and company car.
10. Electrical lamp and switch replacement, running conduit/service, etc.
11. Working knowledge of a variety of paint and coating types and applications.
12. Orders supplies related to the above-mentioned activities.
13. Salts and keeps Nold and Palmer sidewalks clear of snow during normal working hours.
14. Mows lawn around Warehouse Facility.
15. On-call in emergency situations.
16. Responsible for the creation and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule for all Goodwill facilities.
17. May serve as back-up driver, as needed.
18. Performs other duties assigned by VP of Industrial Services/CEO.
