Please note:
1. Vendor registration is $100.00 and is due by March 14, 2025. Payments may be at DanceSoulFoundation.com
2. Vendors must send swag bag/raffle gifts by April 1, 2024 to DanceSoul Foundation. ATTN: Kara White 7725 South 37th Way, Phoenix, AZ 85042.
3. All raffle and VIP bag donations must be company branded or include a business card or offer referencing your company name and/or logo on your product or packaging.
4. Event coordinator has the right to refuse items that are deemed inappropriate for the event.
5. All vendors must provide their own table and chair(s).
6. The event space will be indoor and outdoor with a projector to display your business information. Please provide as much business information as you can.
7. Vendor space is on a first come, first serve basis. Indoor spaces will go first.
