Each $1,250 Unit provides the purchaser with a fractional ownership interest in EME and participation in the company’s economic growth and eligible distributions, subject to EME’s governing and offering documents. Units are non-transferable, and investment returns are not guaranteed. By making a capital contribution to Emerald Elite Acquisitions, ie. purchasing one or more equity units, you are upgrading your membership in Obsidian Elite Investment Association to Prime Membership. You will also receive profit revenue share from the gains of Emerald Elite. Transactions above (10) units at $12,500 must be completed by check or direct bank bill pay.$
