Thank you for your interest in an X-Designer Breeds puppy. This Expedited Waitlist is a priority program for serious buyers seeking placement ahead of our general inquiry list. By submitting this form and paying the non-refundable Expedited Waitlist Fee, you secure a prioritized position for an upcoming litter and acknowledge the terms outlined below. This fee will be applied toward your Reservation Deposit once a puppy match is offered and accepted. Please review the price ranges below before submitting. Do not submit this form if your budget does not align with these ranges.

Anticipated Purchase Price Ranges

The following ranges reflect the expected purchase price of available puppies. Waitlist members are protected from price increases that fall outside the range active at the time of their submission. Prices include Texas state sales tax (8.25%) where applicable.

• Toy Poodles: $3,500 – $5,500+

• Miniature Poodles: $3,000 – $5,000+ (occasional availability)

NOTE: Puppies with rare color genetics, show-quality conformation, or full breeding rights may be offered above the stated range at the breeder's discretion.

Terms & Conditions

Section 1 — Waitlist Fee & Application: A non-refundable Expedited Waitlist Fee of $300 is required to complete this application. This fee reserves your priority position and compensates X-Designer Breeds for the time and resources involved in matching, communication, and reservation management. This fee will be applied toward your Reservation Deposit ($1,000) at the time a puppy is offered and accepted.

Section 2 — Reservation Deposit: Upon being matched with an available puppy, a Reservation Deposit of $1,000 (inclusive of your Waitlist Fee) will be required to hold the puppy. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final purchase price.

Section 3 — Communication & Forfeiture Policy: X-Designer Breeds will contact you via text, phone, or email when a qualifying puppy becomes available. You must respond within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within this window may result in the puppy being offered to the next applicant. • If you fail to respond to 3 consecutive puppy availability notifications, your Waitlist Fee will be forfeited and you will be removed from the waitlist. • If you decline 3 qualifying puppies that meet the criteria submitted in this application, your Waitlist Fee will be forfeited and your application will be closed. A 'qualifying puppy' means a puppy matching your stated breed, gender, and top priority preference within the accepted price range.

Section 4 — Acknowledgments:

Separately from the Expedited Waitlist Fee and the formal waitlist above, applicants may optionally make additional non-refundable payments at any time toward the future purchase price of their puppy through the Puppy Passport portal's Puppy Fund feature. This is a general savings option and is not part of, and does not affect, your position on the waitlist for an upcoming litter matching your stated preferences. Enrolling in the Puppy Fund does not, by itself, reserve, guarantee, or promise any specific puppy, litter, breed combination, color, sex, or delivery timeline. There is no fixed schedule or minimum — applicants choose the amount and timing of each payment. These Puppy Fund payments are non-refundable on the same basis as the Waitlist Fee described above. Each payment is processed via Square; a card processing fee (currently approximately 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction) is added on top of the amount the applicant chooses to contribute, so that the full amount they intend to save is credited to their Puppy Fund. The exact fee is shown before each payment is completed. Accumulated Puppy Fund payments will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy once a puppy is offered and accepted. Either party may end the Puppy Fund arrangement at any time; X-Designer Breeds will discuss options with the applicant in that case, but any funds already paid remain non-refundable per the terms above.
