Please note that filling out this form does NOT confirm an appointment. Makeup appointments will be approved based on availability and scope of work. Your request will be approved via your artist reaching out to confirm the time and date. A confirmation email will be sent following your booking. Without this confirmation from your artist, you do not have an existing appointment.

TIME: Please include as many details regarding TIME + SCHEDULE. Makeup appointments are booked an hour per client however, some exceptions may allow for a shorter appointment. *Eg. Sally needs her makeup completed by 3 pm in order to get dressed, and gather her family for their 5:00 pm in-studio family photos.
IN-SALON OR TRAVEL: Are you requiring a makeup artist to travel on location? If so, where? **Please note, that I do not travel for less than 3 within a wedding party. Bookings at my in-salon location will be shown preferrence.
