In a continued effort to make accessibility at Kelburn as good as it can be we offer free Companion tickets to enable you to enjoy the festival and take part in all it has to offer.

Prior to applying please note the following:

You will need your Booking Reference Number from Citizen Ticket.
Payment Plan customers, your Companion ticket will be put on hold until you have paid your final instalment.

Please attach a copy of your proof of disability such as: confirmation of a disability benefit such as PIP or blue badge. You can send us a scanned copy or photo taken on a camera or phone.

If you are not on benefits and do not have written evidence of your disability could you provide us with some information about why you are requesting a free Companion ticket. This information will be kept confidential and enables us to assess your request:*

How many vehicles will you have in your group?*

Only one vehicle will be allowed to park next to the Accessibility area. All other vehicles are required parked in one of the nearby car parks. Please remember to purchase the appropriate vehicle tickets from our website.

Will you be bringing medication that needs to be refrigerated?*

Do you require power?*

Power will not be issued for general use and must be utilised for mobility aids and/or medical equipment. Power will ONLY be available close to our Event Control Office.
