Terms & Conditions
In order to perform the best possible search required to design and arrange your travels, a non-refundable $30.00 research fee up to 4 guests and every guest thereafter will be an additional $5 per person is required.
Vacation planning takes a lot of time and thought. In every trip planning, I take pride in the service and work I provide. My research involves cruises, hotels, tours, vacation packages and activities to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, draft itineraries, and more. I will provide itineraries, vacation plans, and tailored travel arrangements that give you peace of mind and save you time.
Once I have created your itinerary/quote, you are free to shop it on the internet or wherever you choose. If you choose not to book through
me for any reason (decided not to go, booked elsewhere, was just shopping, etc.), then the fee will be retained by me as payment for services rendered. The research fee is valid for 30 days and includes 2 destination changes and revisions as needed. If you reconvene anytime thereafter, a new research fee will be due. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There will be no travel planning until the research fee has been paid. That includes quotes, itineraries, and proposals that will not be released.
