I would like to pick up at the farm on Fridays between 2 pm to 6 pmI would like to pick up at the farm on Saturdays between 8 am to 2 pm (to change to a Friday pick-up, notification is required by noon Thursday)
We use 2 insulated tote bags for alternating weeks of pick up. Purchase price is $5 each (just over our cost) and we recommend them for packing vegetables to protect them from hot Florida temps or, you may supply your own two insulated totes tagged with your name.

Pay Plan (Every Week Only)

Deposit of $100 (non-refundable) by 06/01/23 and 4 bimonthly payments of $137.50 as scheduled (09/01/23, 11/01/23, 01/01/24 and 03/01/24). Weekly Share total cost: $650 which includes $1.00 weekly service charge.

By signing below, I understand that I am committing to the 2023-24 CSA Membership Subscription which allows me to purchase a share of the harvest of in-season produce. As a member, I agree to share in the bounty and the risks of farming with the farmers and other CSA members. I understand that each week's produce will be different and based upon seasonal availability, insects, weather and other Acts of God and I have read and understand the CSA Member Information provided online or with this application. My payment fees help cover the seasonal costs to operate the CSA farm and I also understand that no refunds are available, however, I can transfer my membership subscription to another party or family member.
