As a designator, I agree to become a Heart Spot Location until my recipient receives my physical car donation (this does not apply to a car voucher donation). I'm fully responsible for all damage(s) and liabilities until delivery is complete. If the designated recipient fails to meet the HUD poverty guidelines or the requirements of the Hearts of Wheels Workforce Transportation Support Program within 90 days of your designation, your car donation will default to Hearts of Wheels. Hearts of Wheels will have 72 hours to arrange to pick up your car. Your tax-exempt donation will be recorded in the year that the car is delivered to the designated recipient or Hearts of Wheels. Earmarking to family and financial swapping is prohibited.
