Course led by Dr Matthew Critchlow in Wickendon Farm, East Sussex. Includes full board and lodging (individual on suite bedrooms), with access to all retreat facilities including freshwater plunge pool, swimming pool and sauna. Accomodation on the night of 1st June (bed and breakfast ) is available at an additional £100.
