  • Special Event Permit

    Some events held in Millville City qualify as “Special Events” and require a permit. A Special Event Application must be completed for any event planned to take place on Millville City property where the public is invited to attend or an event that involves blocking public streets or sidewalks. It is also required for any private event that involves more than 100 people and uses City infrastructure (parks, parking lots, pavilions, etc.) Applications must be submitted 45 calendar days prior to the event.

  • Pickleball Court Reservation Agreement (Read & Check off ALL)*
  • Pickleball Court Rental Fees paid by cash or check (payable to Millville City) and assessed as follows:

    Non-Refundable Use fee:

    4 courts for half day: $100 (double for 8 courts

    4 courts for full day: $200 (double for 8 courts)


    “half day” is any 4-hour time period; any time over 4 hours is considered a full day
