  • Please place orders at least 2 weeks in advance. There will be a $25 charge for rush or last-minute orders when accepted. When placing an order, there will be a non-refundable deposit required (at least 50%) or payment in full to secure your order and the date requested. If payment is not made within 48 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your desired date might not be available. Your order is not in our system until payment has been made and cleared. Once the deposit is received, we will contact you to confirm order details. We will send the final confirmation with order details within one week before the order is to be picked up/delivered. Once your order has been officially confirmed, there will be no changes. The remaining percentage of your order total can be paid at the time of pick-up/delivery.

     

    *Delivery is not available in all areas. Delivery fee includes delivery to your home, job, or meet-up location (anything other than you picking up). Delivery starts at $10, and the total cost will depend on the distance. The pickup location is within the 55106 Saint Paul, Minnesota zip code.

     

    No deliveries or pick-ups will be made before 7 am or after 8 pm.

    Setup is a separate fee and is not included in the delivery cost. 

     

    **Please note that Helen & Ava's CANNOT/WILL NOT replicate another cake artist's work, but can use inspirational pictures to create something similar with a unique touch.

    Helen & Ava's also will not use copyrighted characters for a commercial sale but can decorate a theme with customer-provided elements.

    Helen & Ava's reserves the right to refuse an order.

    To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in an inconvenience/rush order fee.
