Private Party Times are generally 8am-10am, 9-11am, or anytime the facility is closed up to 11pm. Inside party rooms are not included and are only rented through the HOA Management Company.

Party hosts can enter the facility 30 minutes before the party start time to set up.Party has access to all facility amenities including tables, chairs, trash cans, restrooms, etc.Everyone entering the facility will be included in the party total.Food and beverages are allowed. Grilling may be conducted outside of the facility.Children younger than 7 years of age must be accompanied by an adult(s): 1 adult to 10 kids.NO GLASS, ALCOHOL, OR TABACCO PRODUCTS PERMITTED ON CITY PROPERTY.All City of Houston ordinances, policies, police/ fire department rules and regulations apply.All pool rules apply to everyone attending the party and lifeguards may ask anyone not adhering to pool rules to leave the premises.Payment is due in full in order to reserve your rental. All cancellations must be made 14 days in advance to receive a refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a $25 fee.We will make every attempt to host your party. Parties will continue as scheduled during rain. If Thunder/Lightening occurs the party may be issued a prorated refund for the time that they missed.
