The New Professional Mentoring track is designed to match new professionals with senior-level mentors to encourage growth, retention and inclusion in the compliance industry.
- Mentors should have two years of supervisory experience for full-time compliance staff or conference office with a minimum of seven (7) years of full-time experience working in NCAA compliance.
Programming Note: The Professional Development Committee will host exclusive programming in the summer and during the 2023-24 academic year, which all mentors and mentees are required to attend.
