All other new client inquiries, please fill this form out as it gives me all the info I need for booking and quote!

These forms are answered in the order they come in. I try to get through them monthly. Once your form is submitted however, you are in line for me to contact as I book appointments!

Keep in mind I do require a deposit for booking. ($50-200, depending on tattoo size) This always is applied to your appointment and taken off your total the day of. If you are not able to pay a deposit at this time, then please wait to fill out a form until you are ready to book.. or Please put in the notes if you are only looking for price estimates and are NOT looking to booking an appointment.

In order to help me streamline the booking process please fill out any relevant information I may need for your appointment below. If there is a question you do not understand or are not sure how to answer, give a best guess and let me know at the end how I can help. Once this has been filled out you will be automatically put in line. From there I will contact you to discuss pricing, deposit and then set up an appointment. I mainly communicate through messaging.. this allows me to have a record of our conversation and something for me to refer to for your appointment details/questions ☺️

Dont be afraid to explain in details! What styles do you like? what do you like about your reference photos? WHat don't you like? I will draw a custom piece up for you.. i try hard to make your piece unique for you, but if you want something specific, then be specific ☺️
If you would like a specific script in your tattoo, please find a font on www.dafont.com, list it below, and what the exact wording will be.
Please note, any script in another language, I am unable to redesign or translate seeing as I can only read and write in English. Please make sure if it’s in another language the spelling and script is correct. Also be sure to check your own translations, there are many false ones out there!
