  • We understand that students who confront systemic oppressions face various obstacles in their ability to apply to scholarships, and we would like to support and accommodate our students. Central Valley Scholars offers the following accommodations, available for any applicant who may need them. 

    Please note, you must complete an accommodation request form for each accommodation your are requesting. For instance, the language request and extension request must be submitted separately. 

    Submisson(s) of the Scholarships Accommodation Form will be reviewed by our selection committee, requests will be approved or rejected by the committee. Accommodation Requests will be open for submission through November 27th, 2024.

  • Request for Language Interpretation

    As we work to expand language access of our scholarships, we welcome applicants to request a language interpreter. If you would like to submit your application responses in a language other than English, please submit this form to request a language interpreter. The scholarship application interpreter will interpret your responses for the selection committee. Please note, we cannot guarantee an interpreter for every language.

  • Request for One-week Extension

    We offer a one-week extension for students with disabilities or students facing difficult circumstances to submit their scholarship applications. Please note, the Student with Disabilities Scholarship already has a one-week submission extension implemented in the application. However, if you are applying to multiple scholarships and would need a one-week extension for those applications, please complete our accommodations requests form by the aforementioned deadline.
