  • Late Pick-Up Policy and Penalties for Homeschool

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we ask that parents or guardians make every effort to pick up their child on time. We are open from 10:30am - 3:30pm Monday’s and Wednesday’s, as of right now there are no additional hours before or after school. If a student is not picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time of a class or activity, a late pick-up penalty will be applied.

Penalty: A fee of $10 per every 15 minutes of late pick-up will be charged to the parent or guardian, payable upon arrival to pick up the child.

In the event that a student is repeatedly picked up late, the following steps will be taken:

After the first incident, a verbal warning will be issued to the parent or guardian.
After the second incident, a written warning will be issued to the parent or guardian, and the late pick-up penalty will be doubled.
After the third incident, the student may be suspended from the program for a period of time determined by the homeschool administration.
We understand that situations may arise that are beyond a parent or guardian's control. In such cases, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements for your child's care.

We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our late pick-up policy. Your prompt pick-up of your child ensures the safety and well-being of all our students and staff.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Right to Refuse Service for Homeschool

Our homeschool program is committed to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to students who engage in behavior that is disruptive or harmful to others, or who do not adhere to our established guidelines and policies.

Examples of behavior that may result in refusal of service include, but are not limited to:

Harassment or bullying of other students or teachers
Willful destruction of property or equipment
Repeated violation of our behavioral policies
Cheating or plagiarism in academic work
Failure to pay tuition or other program fees
In the event that a student is refused service, the parents or guardians will be notified in writing of the reason for the decision. The student may be given the opportunity to address and correct the behavior, but ultimately the decision to reinstate the student in the program will be at the discretion of the homeschool administration.

We believe that every student deserves a safe and supportive learning environment, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our students and staff. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a positive and respectful learning community for all.
