I am excited to help you with your travel. The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us).

Terms of Booking

By submitting for a quote, you agree that you understand that a booking is not final until a deposit is pain. Deposits MUST be submitted prior to 7pm EST daily.

A trip is not secured without a paid deposit and confirmation email. Pricing is subject to change at any time prior to deposit payment.

I am excited to serve as your travel agent and at no cost to you! However, please know that I am paid by commission and only for trips that I book for my clients and even then only AFTER they complete their travels. So, I just ask that if you are requesting a quote and are serious about traveling, that you allow me to book your trip when your are ready to do so!

Changes and cancellations are subject to resort/ hotel/ airline fees, and travel insurance. Chiquita Boone + Travelmation assume no liability for costs incurred due to changes and cancellations.

Passports must be valid for 6 months after your planned arrival back to the United States. You may be denied travel if your passport expires within this time frame. Upon booking, you agree to these terms, and will be responsible for all costs associated with Passport issues if they do arise.

The purchase of travel insurance is encouraged and a waiver must be signed if declined.
