This form is for vendors who are interested in purchasing a booth, advertisements on the conference app, and a la carte sponsorship options.

Our sponsorship levels are Emerald ($1,250), Sapphire ($2,500), Ruby ($5,000), Diamond ($10,000+). Below are our sponsorship levels and sample packages for each level. The sponsorships allow organizations to get more for their purchase. If you have an idea of another package, please email the Conference Chair at stanysconference@stanys.org.
