  • Please read the text below carefully and if you are happy with our terms and conditions, please sign, date and return this form to Yellow Path, (admin@yellowpath.com) 19 Wimpole Street, London, W1G 8GE. Once you have been accepted for an interview and offered a place on the course and your deposit is received, this agreement becomes legally binding between you (the student) and Yellow Path LLP – (the provider).

    Terms and Conditions

Admission. Admission to the course is subject to an interview. You will be assessed as to whether you are ready and sufficiently self-motivated and committed to take on this style of intense study.

Assessment. To complete the training we require evidence that you have understood and documented your learning in the classroom and that you are clinically competent and safe to practice. Please be sure to have read the assessment requirements for all four modules on our website before signing this application form.

Qualification. After successful completion of the training, you will be awarded the “Licentiate in Five-Element Acupuncture (Lic.Ac.)” certificate that meets the necessary entry requirements for membership of the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA). On completing the training, you have covered all of the required material and been adequately supervised in practice to safely and confidently enter the profession.

Regulation. The ‘Licentiate in Five-Element Acupuncture' is a private arrangement between the provider, Yellow Path LLP and the student. We are a member of the Acupuncture Regulatory Authority (ARA). All students must take full responsibility for their own study and keep abreast of any changes in statutory regulation in the future. There is no statutory regulation of acupuncture in the UK, but you will be required to register with your local authority unless you are exempt through BAF membership. This is because of the risk of blood-borne infections from piercing the skin with acupuncture needles. The same rules also cover tattooing and body piercing. The local authority must also ensure it has by laws that govern the cleanliness of the acupuncture premises, practitioners, instruments, materials and equipment.

    Fees and Payment Schedule.

The total tuition fee for the two-year training programme is £17,950.00.

    Payment Schedule

    • Upon acceptance to the course (following the interview), a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £2,693.00 is required to secure your place for your chosen start date.
    • By paying the deposit, you are committing to the full two-year tuition cost as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
    • Due to the small cohort size for each intake (6-8 students maximum), the remaining balance of £15,257.00 represents a financial commitment for the entire training programme. This balance can be paid in 24 monthly installments of £635.00.

Important Note: Students are not permitted to transfer to other cohorts.

The total cost (£17,950.00) is eligible for a 10% discount. This must be paid when securing your place on the course.

Please note that the cohort learning experience is vital to this training, and therefore the course will only go ahead with sufficient capacity. Should not all places be filled, we will inform you one month before the start date, where you will be offered a place at the following intake or a refund of your deposit.

By signing below I understand and accept the terms and conditions above and the nature of this course and that I must take full responsibility for my own learning style and my professional development beyond the fixed hours offered in the course.
