The Registration Package includes:
- Company Name check,
- Formation Documents (Notarsky Zapis) of the SRO,
- Filing the Company at Commercial Court,
- Registration of Trade Licenses (of Annex 4),
- Registration at Tax Office for Corporate Income Tax,
- Access data to Datova Schranka,
- All notary-, registration- and stamp fees.
It does *not* include by default:
- Opening a Company Bank Account (it is no longer a requirement),
- Registration for VAT (select on form),
- Business Visa(s) (select on form),
- Business Consultancy (select on form),
- Accounting / Tax Return (invoiced separately)
