Online Booking Form for a 10 visit Play Pass for the AP or OOC
Please supply the name of the eldest child who will be using the pass. For One O'Clock Club use only with child/ren aged 5 and under we only need the eldest child's name as each entry fee is per family group. If you have a child/ren using the Adventure Playground only we need the eldest child's name and then the names of each sibling aged 5 and over to add them to your pass as entry to the AP is per child. If you have children using both the AP and OOC we need the names of all children using the AP and only the eldest child of OOC age.
