Thank you for booking your Private craft Party with C design by chen. Our goal is to deliver top notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.

Booking and Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to book a Private Paint Party, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the Party. If booking is less than 7 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at booking. Deposit and payment may be remitted easily online at www.cdesignbychen.com/private-event-deposit via Venmo or zelle made payable to 818-304-4525

Cost: The cost for a Private craft Party varies depending on your selected craft and combo that you chose. This includes step-by-step instruction, and supplies for each participent to create the featured painting.

Location: All Parties are held at your location/venue. The host is responsible for providing the venue and securing all details with the selected venue unless otherwise is discussed. The host is to provide all necessary tables, table cloths and chairs for the craft Party and ensure they are set-up at least 1 hour prior to the event start time. The host will also be responsible for ensuring Chen from cdesign by chen has access to the venue 30 min before the event. For travel outside of the valley area, please inquire about location, prior to booking as travel fees may be assessed.

Party Time: Party Times are booked in two or three hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests arrive 15 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract.

Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host will need to submit the cancellation in writing to cdesignbychen@gmail.com at least 10 days before the Paint Party event. If notice is not given 10 days, prior to the event date, the deposit will be retained by cdesignbychen. c design by chen will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however cdesign by chen reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all funds and deposits paid will be refunded.

This agreement contains the entire understanding between c design by chen and the Host/Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please click to check each term.

By signing this document, you agree that all ideas and techniques learned during this workshop are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes without explicit consent from the artist, Chen Alyesh. All artwork created during this workshop is solely owned and copyrighted by Chen Alyesh. Participants are prohibited from using the knowledge gained in this workshop to create artwork for profit or to replicate the workshop for commercial events without prior written permission from Chen Alyesh. Any unauthorized use of the workshop content for profit-making purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Upon your signature as Host/Client, c design by chen will check availability to reserve the date/time above, and will not book another event for that date/time. For this reason, the Deposit is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined above. The Deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract and is applied towards the contracted Paint Party total cost . Host/Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the craft Party total cost described in the contract is due 7 days before the day of the event. Host/Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, c design by chen will not hold event, with a loss of Deposit by Host/Client and no liability to c design by chen

The Host/Client is responsible for the conduct of the guest and coordination with other service providers as necessary to organize your event as scheduled. The Host/ Client should share the Craft Party schedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. c design by chen and its employees will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior. Unchecked guest conduct that interferes with the craft Party instruction will seriously affect the quality of experience that c design by chen strives to provide. If the Host/Client is unable to control the conduct of guests or if the conduct of any event guest damages any of the equipment of c design by chen, it will result in the early or immediate end of the event and departure of c design by chen. The Host/Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

The Host/Client agrees that the Deposit is required at the time of signing the contract and the outstanding balance is due 7 days before the Paint Party Event. There is a $25 charge to the Host/Client for payments returned by the bank for any reason. Payment must be remitted online at https://www.cdesignbychen.com/products/private-event-deposit

c design by chen's discovery of new information, changes, or other factors tending to circumvent its policies could result in its withdrawal. Non cooperation; change of locations, facilities or times available, bad or returned checks, or late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should c design by chen initiate the withdrawal, all fees and deposits will be returned (except if deposit was in form of returned checks).

By signing this contract below, I the host/client acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this contract. I further acknowledge that I must pay for the minimum number of attendees required and will be charged accordingly. cdesignbychen dba will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of food or alcohol. My credit card or method of payment will be charged according to this contract.

By signing the contract below I (the client/host) hereby grant CDESIGNBYCHEN ("Company"), its employees, agents, and assigns, the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, publish, and distribute my , image, photograph, video, and/or any other representation of me (collectively, the "Materials"), in any format or media, now known or hereafter devised, for all purposes related to the business of the Company, including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, trade, promotion, packaging, and selling of any product or service. I understand that the Materials may be used by the Company in any manner, including on social media, websites, print materials, television, radio, and film. I agree that the Company has the right to use the Materials in perpetuity and without any compensation to me. I hereby release and discharge the Company, its agents, employees, and assigns, from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Materials, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, publicity rights, or copyrights.I represent and warrant that I have the right to enter into this agreement, and that the use of the Materials by the Company will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them. This agreement shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

This craft Party Disclaimer and Release of Liability Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between cdesignbychen ("Company") and the host (I) Disclaimer of Responsibility for Paint/Glue Damages. By signing the contract below I the Host agrees to assume all responsibility for any damages that may result from the paint/craft party held at the Host's location. Cdesignbychen is not responsible for any damages to personal property, including but not limited to furniture, floors, carpets, and clothing, that may result from the paint/craft party. 2. Release of LiabilityI (The Host) hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the cdesignbychen, its employees, officers, directors, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Host or any other person in connection with the paint party.3. IndemnificationI (The Host) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to cdesignbychen, its employees, officers, directors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Host or any other person in connection with the paint party.4. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.5. Entire AgreementThis Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements between them.6. CounterpartsThis Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
