Up to $500 is available per individual or organization. Others may just want a venue and not need any monetary support.
Sample possibilities could include art installations; dance classes; poetry or music performance; exhibitions or more. Projects will take place in or near the Historic Log Cabin. (No potentially "messy" projects are permitted in the cabin.)
Applicants may be individuals or organizations. While everyone is invited to apply, proposals by individuals or organizations closest to Palmer Park will be given priority. Applications received by April 15th will be considered for this summer and fall. Any received past that date will be retained for potential future funding.
Applicants will be contacted by May 1st with the results. Those awarded will work with a member of the PFPP Arts and Culture Committee to bring their proposal to life.
The decisions of the committee are final. Not all projects can or will be funded. The funding amounts may be different than requested. We also will consider projects that need some guidance and support but do not need funding.
