KEG HIIT | 50-Minute Class
- Time: Saturdays at 10 AM
- Location: Malcolm Yards
- Cost: Free class, always
- Intensity: Suitable for all levels
- Focus: Full-body cardio and strength exercises
- Interval based cardio
- Optional use of 15 and 30 lb empty keg barrels for added challenge
- Tabata and HIIT based programming
- Deep dive into core and stabilizer muscle engagement
- What to Bring: Mat, towel, and water
- Outdoors or Indoors, weather depending
