KEG HIIT is a full-body strength and cardio workout built around high-intensity intervals and functional movement. Using optional 8–30 lb empty keg barrels, this class blends Tabata, Circuit, AMRAP and HIIT-style programming with focused core and stabilizer muscle engagement. Expect to move, sweat, and build total-body strength and endurance.
