Keg HIIT at Malcolm Yards: Format Description
Welcome to Keg HIIT, a dynamic and engaging workout that will challenge your body and elevate your fitness to new heights! This free 50-minute class takes place every Saturday at 10AM at Malcolm Yards and is open to all levels of fitness.
During the class, our experienced instructor will guide you through a high-intensity bodyweight workout that incorporates cardio and full-body strength exercises, often set to the beat of the music. You'll feel the burn as you push yourself through each challenging set, building endurance and strength along the way.
To take things up a notch, we incorporate empty 15 and 30 pound keg barrels into our objective-based strength sets, adding an extra layer of challenge and engaging your core and stabilizer muscles in new ways.
And with new weekly music, each class will be a unique and invigorating experience. Meet us at Malcolm! Be sure to bring a mat, towel and water with you.
