ANYTHING OVER RICE COOK-OFF REGISTRATION

At Cheers and Beers of Scott, 5410 Cameron St, Scott LA. $40 entry fee per 4 team, this includes 1 captain. Each team must provide 1 large pot of your dish. Rice will NOT be provided to teams, please bring your own and it may be pre-cooked. We will provide 1 16oz serving cup for judging and 1 box for People's choice. Limited to 20 teams. Each team will be given 2 tasting bracelets and 2 people's choice tickets. Register EARLY!!

1. Serving bowls, and utensils to be provided for the cooking teams.
2. There will be 1 category! Anything over rice
3. All cooking must be performed onsite, (with one exception to the pre-cooked rice).
4. Meat may be seasoned/marinated, but must be raw. Onions, peppers, etc. may be pre-chopped. All condiments and sides are up to each team.
5. Grounds available for set-up in order to start cooking at 8:00 a.m.
6. Serving will begin promptly at 12 p.m.
7. Have your sample cup for the judging ready for 11:30 a.m. Awards will be announced at 2:00 p.m. for 1st,2nd & 3rd place. There will be an award for Peoples choice Voting, this will be by tickets. The team with the most tickets wins. You will be able to purchase more peoples choice tickets for $1.
8. People's choice tickes will be collected at 1:00 p.m.
9. Food Bracelets will be sold for $5 each. Do not serve anyone, unless they present a bracelet. Please no outside food or drinks distributed to the public. Alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages will be for sale.
10. Each team is responsible for setting up everything needed in their area such as tables, chairs and cooking equipment. Each team is responsible for their own cooking tents. Due to space limitations no cooking trailers
11. Cheers and Beers will not provide ice, water, or electricity. Non-electrical cooking equipment will be allowed. Each team is responsible for cleaning their area and removing all trash. 
12. Cook-off participants will not hold Louisiana Jeepers , Cheers and Beers members, employees, and associates harmless from any claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss costs, attorney fees and expenses resulting from theft, fire, weather, accident or other cause.
