I attest that I have served in the armed forces. Please email proof of service via discharge paperwork or active duty status. Any athlete claiming to be a veteran and have never served participating in Stolen Valor will be banned in perpetuity from competing in any CCEP Production.
I understand that my athlete competition registration is completely non refundable for any reason unless the event is cancelled by the promoter, Captain Corps Entertainment Productions
I understand that the promoter has the right to add, subtract or cancel any event discipline at any time
