YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN $1,000 cash prize. You will be notified by the phone number that you provide on your ticket and/or this form. The winner will be announced at Blingo Night on Friday March 8th at the Duncan Golf & Tennis Club. Your receipt will be emailed to the address provided on this form. You must be present to be eligible to win diamond jewelry donated by Payne's Jewelry.
Upon request, we will complete the stub portion of your raffle tickets with your name and cell phone number. If purchased prio to Blingo Night event, a photo copy of your tickets will be sent to you via text or email. Your stubs will be placed in our locked raffle drum.
