Our Organization. Accelerated Banking provides a membership program that teaches homeowners cash flow management techniques. Our unique approach helps clients change how interest is calculated on their mortgages, credit cards, car loans, and student loans. It allows them to pay less interest and become debt-free much faster than traditional amortized debts. We offer our members comprehensive education, strategy consultation, bank research, and ongoing support.
ABOUT THE POSITION The primary responsibility of this position is to consult with our prospective clients, analyze their financial situation, and enroll them in our consulting services. These services focus on teaching effective debt management and cash flow strategies. You will receive leads daily, so there is no requirement for "self-generated" leads. We provide 15-20 days of onboarding and continuous training to equip you with the skills and tools to become a top performer in your first year! Training is required in office, but work from home is available.
Qualifications:
- Financial background in insurance, banking, real estate, or lending is preferred but NOT required
- Strong Sales skills
- Coachable, with a strong growth mindset and a desire to take on responsibilities.
- Ability to be challenged
- Experience with modern CRM systems and technology workflows.
COMPENSATION. The compensation is a 1099 commission-only position with a sliding scale/winners-win commission model running from 15% to 22.5% on cash collected, bonus capabilities and creative sales competitions. On-target earnings are $90,000-$150,000 per year.
