Please note that the BBQ is available for in-house station events only. No community requests can be accommodated at this time. SEBA understands each event will have specific details that will vary from station to station. All details will be discussed with SEBA coordinator Nancy Tate, prior to official approval.
Request must be made by the station director or alternate.
Requests will be submitted to Nancy Tate a minimum of 15 days prior to the event.
Requests will be approved based on SEBA’s calendar of availability. (2 events per month maximum)
Station director or alternate will be the point of contact and must be directly involved with the event.
SEBA will provide UP TO $500 per event, depending on details of each event.
