For those of you that choose to do a congratulatory shout out please note the following...

1. Be sure you record your video in a well lit space (no outside shots please)

2. Be sure you record your video in a quiet space

3. Be sure your device is turned to a "landscape position" (meaning side to side not up and down)

4. Video shout outs should be between 10 to 15 seconds
