  • I understand that this Digital Color Consultation form is designed to aid the stylist(s) at Canvas to determine not only if he or she can realistically help me achieve my goals but if so, which New Guest Service option is best for me. I also understand that if I want a more thorough consultation or more information, I will need to email hello@canvasdowntown.com and schedule an in-person color consultation. I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee my hair goals will be achieved or that an appointment will be scheduled or that my preferred stylist will be available. I understand that submission of this form does not mean that I have an appointment booked. I understand that the average wait time for an appointment for a New Guest Service varies by stylist but can range from 1-6 weeks. I understand that the average initial investment will range between $200-450+, and maintenance sessions will range between $120-$275+ depending on my current hair, goal hair, required upkeep, and adherence to the at-home regimen.*

In response, I will receive an email/text with an appointment time and date option and a general price quote if requested.  I also understand that an in-person consultation may be required before an appointment is set.

     
    I understand that we have a strict 24 - 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours during holiday season), I may be banned from booking future appointments with the salon.
