    Below is a collection of statements about your everyday experience.
    Using the 1-6 scale, please indicate how frequently or infrequently you currently have each experience.
    Please answer according to what really reflects your experience rather than what you think your experience should be.
    Treat each item separately from every other item.

  • Perceived Stress Scale

    The questions in this scale ask you about your feelings and thoughts during the last month.
    In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way.

  • Emotional Regulation Scale

    We would like to ask you some questions about your emotional life, in particular, how you control (that is, regulate and manage) your emotions. The questions below involve two distinct aspects of your emotional life.
    One is your emotional experience, or what you feel like inside. The other is your emotional expression, or how you show your emotions in the way you talk, gesture, or behave.
    Although some of the following questions may seem similar to one another, they differ in important ways.
