  • Please Note: It may take up to 3-4 weeks for the placement to occur but usually happen on release date, wednesdays, thursdays and fridays after the pitch is submitted to the chosen DSPs. If it doesn't, you'll also be informed that the release was regrettably not chosen for editorial playlist placement. If we get any placements, we will absolutely let you know. Editors are not required to notify us, so they don't always do so, but occasionally they do since we have great communication with them. One method is to monitor your statistics; alternatively, you may use apps like "Songstats" and "Chartmetric" to receive notifications when your music is playlisted.

  • If case we are unable to secure any editorial playlist placements we give you the option to choose if you want us to do your next upcoming release pitch free of charge or credit you 50% of the payment to your account balance on our website to use on other services.*

  • Terms and Conditions and No Refund Policy: Our service DOES NOT include follow ups with individual curators. This is not a pay for play service and there is no guarantee of success. The service fee covers the time spent to individually pitch your track to our network of curators and platforms, there are no refunds for non-inclusion in any playlist. You agree that once you make a payment you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
