    San Jose Koop e-Loan Processing
  • The e-Loan Processing of San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative is ONLY for the members of this Cooperative. To apply for membership, click here.

    All personal information collected by San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative is done so exclusively with your consent, by means of submission on our application form, an email received from you via JotForm. No information is collected automatically.

    The personal information collected is only used by the Loan Processor for the purposes defined at the time of the collection or a use that complies with these purposes.

    As mentioned above, we use your personal information to appropriately process your applications and present you with the information you need to access. We also use all of the information you provide voluntarily in order to make your loan transactions on San Jose del monte Savings Credit Cooperative possible.

    If you agree in this term, we can use your personal information in order to process your loan applications whether to be approved or not.

    At all times, the Loan Processor who will be in-charge in the e-Loan Processing prepared by San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative is easily identifiable and reachable, via email or phone.

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    for using Online Loan Application
  • I.   The e-Loan Processing of San Jose del Monte Savings and Credit Cooperative is ONLY for members of this Cooperative. All loan applications submitted by non-members will be disregarded.

    II.   The processing of loan transactions may take 1-2 business days depending on the queue.

    III.  The following are the four (4) options for e-Loan Processing:

          a.   Loan Application

    * Loan Application is ONLY for First-Time Borrowers.
    * First-time borrowers of REGULAR LOAN (or other loan types that may be subject to a credit investigation) are encouraged to personally apply to their nearest San Jose Koop Office.

    b.   Loan Renewal Request

    * Loan Renewal Request is ONLY for the Borrowers who have previous transactions of the same loan or have the same existing loans.

    c.   Loan Restructuring

    * Loan Restructuring is ONLY intended for member-borrowers who have unsettled and overdue loans by reason of financial difficulties in order to fulfill and re-pay their existing loan obligation.

     

    d.   Loan Rehabilitation

    * Loan Restructuring is ONLY intended for our delinquent members experiencing financial constraints due to unavoidable circumstances, calamities, epidemic, or bankruptcy.

    IV.   e-Loan Processing supports the following loan products:

    A.          Loans for First-Time Borrowers

    1.   Share Capital Loan (former Fully Secured Loan)

     

    B.          Loans for Renewal

    1.   Share Capital Loan (former Fully Secured Loan)

    2.   Loyalty Loan

    3.   Christmas Loan

    4.   Employee’s Loan

    5.   Agri-Finance Loan

    6.   Small Enterprise Loan

    7.   Service Loan

    8.   Transportation Service Loans

    9.   Time Deposit Loan

     

    C.          Loans for Restructuring

    1. All loan types EXCEPT privilege loans (Loyalty, Christmas, and Back-to-School), collateralized loans, and COMBLA.

    D.          Loans for Rehabilitation

    1. All loan types EXCEPT privilege loans (Loyalty, Christmas, and Back-to-School), collateralized loans, and COMBLA.

    Note: All loan products not mentioned above should be applied via walk-in transactions.

    V.   The following are the conditions of available loans:

    a.   Share Capital Loan's loanable amount is the borrower's 90% of his/her Share Capital.

    b.   Share Capital is the only applicable guarantee for Share Capital Loan

    c.   Loyalty Loan can only be availed from January to August. One (1) Co-Maker is required as guarantee for loan. Borrowers should have existing loan and NO PENALTY incurred for the period of 1 year.

    d.   Christmas Loan can only be availed from September to December. One (1) Co-Maker is required as guarantee for loan. Borrowers should have existing loan and NO PENALTY incurred for the period of 1 year.

    e.   For Loyalty and Christmas Loan, any loan amount from ₱10,000.00 and below is only applicable for 3 months term.

    f.   Other not mentioned loans require either Post-Dated Check or two (2) Co-Makers as guarantee for loan.

    VI.    ₱100,000.00 is the maximum loanable amount. However, ALL LOAN APPLICATIONS ARE SUBJECT FOR VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL.

    VII. Other fees for Real-time Gross Settlement (Cashless) Transactions:

  • Error: For SHARE CAPITAL LOAN, the TERMS OF LOAN should be ONLY maximum UP TO 2 YEARS, if loan amount is Php 100,000 AND BELOW.

  • Error: For SHARE CAPITAL LOAN, 1 YEAR AND ABOVE term is not eligible for FULL / CASH ON DUE DATE payment.

  • Note: For RTGS (CASHLESS), LOAN RESTRUCTURE and LOAN REHABILITATION TRANSACTIONS, Post-Dated Cheque is not applicable as Guarantee for Loan.

  • Error: Account Numbers of Members and/or Co-Makers should not be the same.
