Class Description: This dance/movement experience gives you space to connect with your breath and with your body, and release stress and tension from the comfort of your home.
Class Length: 60 minutes
Class Outline: Warm-up, stretch, cardio/dance, breathwork, restorative movement.
Please wear comfortable clothing and position yourself in an environment where you can move in your space, including up/down, forward and backward, and side to side.
All movement is opt-in and can be modified to your own space and body! This class is for YOU.
