We accept returns of unused items up to 14 days after the delivery date of your order.

To return an order, you can choose whether to organize return shipping on your own or use our return service (shipping organized by us), which has a cost of 9,90 EURO.

If you choose our return service, the service fee will be automatically deducted from your refund or voucher.

The return fee does not apply to production errors.

We cannot accept returns of customized products (except for production errors).

Please make sure to use the original packaging to avoid transportation damage.

ReYoga reserves the right to refuse refunds for damaged products.

Keep the receipt and tracking number when you ship your return package. If the package is lost during shipping it is your responsibility and we cannot refund your return.

The package must arrive within 14 days starting from the date you sent the return request using this form.

Please insert a copy of this form (you will receive it via email) in the package.
