Details for Each Event

- We will be setting up and resetting the Parish Hall for the Christmas Concerts. This is lots of tables and chairs. Meet Johanna in the Parish Hall for each of the following events:

Setup 12/16 3-4pm
Refresh 12/17 8-9am
Reset 12/17 3-4pm
Setup 12/18 9:30-10am
Reset 12/18 2:30-3pm

- Set up and Tear down for Hospitality Sunday 12/15. We will be setting up from 9-9:30 and cleaning up from 1:00-1:30. We will be moving a few chairs and tables to and from the upper room. Meet Carm to lend you Helping Hands.

- On December 13, we'll be hosting a family movie night at 6pm watching The Star. We need people to help with concession sales and possible little kid crowd control. No heavy lifting required. Meet Johanna at the church from 5:30-8:30pm
