PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Once you submit your order, you will be placed on the production list and you will receive an email confirming your order. Please note that your payment is non-refundable, due to items being custom. Once your cup is ready to be created, you will be sent a email update.

**Any incorrect selections made on the Custom Order form will need to be corrected via email prior to order production.

You will receive an email to inform you that your order is ready for production and to confirm the order details and shipping address.**

SHOP POLICIES:

Once your tumbler order has been placed, you agree that we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or remakes due to the nature that these are customized products and cannot be resold. You are required to pay the non-refundable amount of your tumbler order to be placed on the production list. When your tumbler is ready for creation, you will be notified. After order is placed and paid, the turn around time will be approximately 6-8 weeks.

Please note, the turn around times are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon prior to order initiation. If the production list is full your turn around time will be longer, however, you will be notified. If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us (blingboutiqueofficial@gmail.com) prior to order submission to ensure that we are able to accomendate your request.

We will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping, please contact us immediately. (No later than 24 hours after delivery is received) and include pictures of the damage packaging and product(s).

If you are in the following areas (Miami-Dade County, Broward County, or Plam Beach County) and prefer a delivery, it can be arranged. Delivery fee is applicable.

Please double check all spelling and grammar of any requested names, texts, or quotes. We are not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer’s behalf. All items are completely handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections. Designs and rhinestones may vary from cup to cup. Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Please rest assure that we put in lots of love, care, and many hours into each tumbler that we create. Every stone has been precisely hand placed, paying special attention to the details. To ensure the life of your tumbler, please follow the Tumbler Care instructions below. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care or normal wear and tear.

TUMBLER CARE: Handle with care. Your Bling Tumbler is made with glass Rhinestones. Do not drop. Hand wash in cool water. Do not soak. NOT dishwasher safe, NOT microwave safe, and NOT freezer safe.

Avoid leaving in extreme temperatures (i.e. hot cars). Do not clean using alcohol or other harsh chemicals such as bleach or ammonia.
