By signing and submitting this form I accept the following school conditions:

1. The rates are subject to a commitment to stay for an entire school year at IMSC, complying with the full year advanced payment or 10 monthly payments, from September to June.

2. In relation to the withdrawal policy, failure to comply with this agreement will have a penalty of €1,500 to be paid by the family to compensate for the unforeseen release of space. The exceptions that could reduce this amount must be justified with official documentation and are the following: Work transfer outside the province, sudden loss of employment, unfortunate death of one of the parents, situation of serious illness that requires the isolation of the student's school environment .

3. I accept the intervention of the schools Multidisplinary Development Team in tasks of observation, screening, curricular evaluations and counseling of both teachers and us as a family about the development and learning development of my child.
