Note: At the time of the eviction, all property must be removed from the premises and placed on the curb and off your property. Apartment complexes will have to be able to haul the items to the roadway.

This must be completed while our deputies are on the scene. No landlord or company is allowed to change the locks and leave the evicted tenants' property on the premises.

Evictions are at a cost of $30.00 per eviction and checks or money orders are made out to Constable Jonathan Liberto.
