    Questions?

If you have any questions about this application, please email us at ccre@bankstreet.edu.

  • A. You & Your Organization

This section requests basic information about your organization and you as the primary contact for this application process.
  • B. Cohort Members

This section requests information about the team applying to be part of the CCRE Collective as cohort members. Each team must consist of three to four (3-4) strategically selected people from your organization. We encourage organizations to think beyond hierarchical models of power and consider horizontal, collective, and community power, when selecting an applicant cohort team. We also ask that applicants share demographic information with us such as race/ethnicity and gender. This will help us ensure a diverse group and will also be a regular practice in our discussions and reflections throughout the year.
  • Accessibility Note: Because the CCRE Collective is a virtual program with participants across the region/country, all participants should have and/or be accommodated to receive a video device from which to join and participate in sessions throughout the year. We will work with final cohort members to learn about additional access needs from a facilitation standpoint.
