Please note: This form is to indicate interest for your child to attend an MCS Preschool program. This does not guarantee a spot in an MCS Preschool. MCS programs include locations at East Washington Academy, Grissom Elementary School, North View Elementary School, South View Elementary School, and West View Elementary School. I understand that completing the interest form does not guarantee a spot in an MCS Preschool program. A school official will contact you if your child is approved and you will be directed to complete our PowerSchool enrollment process at that time.I understand that priority is given to child who turns four years old before September 1, 2023. I understand I can still submit interest for children who are three years old; however, this application does not guarantee my student a spot in one of the MCS Preschool Programs.
