    Please complete this form for each cue/shaft you wish to send for repair.
  • Since you are here, you must need some help with your Whyte Carbon shaft and/or adapter! Rest assured, we are here to help. Let's get this process going with a few quick steps; we will need you to complete this uber convenient online form and snap some photos of your product and provide a brief description of the issue so we can get this whole process started.

    You are going to need a couple of things to complete this submission:

    • You will need to submit photos of your shaft/adapter for review
    • If requesting warranty consideration, you will need to submit a photo, scan or electronic copy of your orginal sales reciept.

    After you complete this form, you will receive an email confirmation of your repair/warranty request. A case number (RMA) and instructions on how to get your cue to us for repair will be sent to you within 5 business days of the reciept of your request.

    No products will be accepted by Whyte Carbon/Qco for repair without a Return Authorization number. Products arriving without a valid Return Authorization number will be subject to additional processing fees and/or refusal of delivery.

    Upon reciept of your cue at Whyte Carbon/Qco, a review of your request and complete assessement by our repair technicians on your cue will be completed. A Viking Customer Service Representative will be in touch with you to discuss your options!

  • Are you having an issue with the brand new Whyte Carbon Shaft or adapter you just recieved?

    We do our best to lead the industry in customer service and quality control, but from time to time something goes out that isn't exactly what is expected. This is not a "warranty" issue and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss any issues that you may have unboxing your new Whyte product.

  • Are you requesting warranty coverage for your product?

    All Whyte Carbon shafts come with a lifetime warranty for materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty if void if the product is subject to mishandling or abuse. To qualify for a warranty repair, a copy of the original receipt must accompany this repair request.   • Qco maintains an extensive database of cue registrations. If you registered by mail or online and can't find your receipt, we may be able to help locate the original warranty registration. 

  • Does your shaft need a "Tip Tune Up?"

    Get your cue back to playing like new with regular maintenance services. A tip change is the most commonly requested maintenance service.

    You have a nice cue that needs some and it would be great if showed us what to expect! For any repair and/or warranty consideration for your Whyte Carbon product, we require that you submit photos . Ideally, a picture of the serial number (for a shaft) and every area of your product that you have concern about needs to be submitted. Just need a new tip? Send us a photo of your tip... We want to see what it looks like now. You get the drift.
