  • Birmingham City Budgeting Survey

    This survey is being conducted by People's Budget Birmingham (PBB). People's Budget Birmingham is a local volunteer-led campaign that believes governments should be accountable, accessible, and transparent to the people they represent and that a budget for the public should be apportioned by the public. By submitting this survey, you give PBB permission to use your anonymized responses in its advocacy for participatory budgeting.
  • If you do not know if you live within the city limits of Birmingham, Alabama, we have compiled some resources to help you. Once you have identified if you live within the Birmingham city limits, answer the next question.

    If you are a registered voter: Use this link to find your district.

    • You will need to enter your First and Last Name and Date of Birth to find your city council district.
    • Once your profile is up, you will need to expand the tab at the bottom of your screen that says "Districts."
    • There, you will find your city council district.

    If you are not a registered voter, find your district using this map. Note, the City of Birmingham is in the process of updating their city council districts on their city website.
